At Cany Herbal, we are committed to delivering high-quality herbal wellness products. We take utmost care in packaging and dispatching every order. However, due to the consumable and personal nature of our products, we have a limited return and refund policy as detailed below:

📦 1. Return Policy

We do not accept returns of products once sold and delivered, except in the following cases:

  • You have received the wrong product.

  • The product received is physically damaged.

  • The product is expired or past its usage date.

  • The seal is broken or packaging is tampered with at the time of delivery.

If any of the above situations occur, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof at our WhatsApp or email address.

🔁 2. Replacement Policy

If your complaint is valid, we will offer you a free replacement of the same product or an alternate product of equal value.

Note:

  • We may request that the damaged/incorrect product be returned to us (we’ll arrange pickup).

  • Replacements are subject to stock availability.

💰 3. Refund Policy

We only offer refunds in the following scenarios:

  • The product you ordered is out of stock and cannot be delivered.

  • Your order is cancelled before dispatch (within 12 hours of placing the order).

  • You received a damaged or incorrect product and opted for a refund instead of replacement.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 working days and will be credited to your original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, etc.).

❌ No Refunds Will Be Provided For:

  • Opened or used products

  • Late claims beyond 24 hours of delivery

  • Customer dislikes product texture/smell (subjective preferences)

  • Health issues not disclosed before use

  • Incorrect usage or dosage against label instructions

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

  • In case of wrong or damaged delivery, return shipping will be handled by us.
