5. Returns & Replacements

  • Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

  • Replacements are only allowed if you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product.

  • To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with photos as proof.

  • Approved replacements will be processed within 5–7 working days.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been dispatched.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
